Ericsson announced on Saturday the opening of its new representative office in Karachi, reaffirming its long-term commitment towards the country. The inauguration ceremony was held at the new building premises, Modem Co-operative Housing Society. Country Manager of Ericsson Mohsen Tavakoi and other company employees were also present on the occasion.

The opening of the new energy efficient office is another significant step towards Ericsson's commitment to Pakistan and shaping the businesses and societies we live in. The new office will play a significant role in terms of Ericsson's commitment to its customers and employees.

With the shifting of the Karachi office to the new custom built premises, Ericsson Pakistan would be able to support the country's efforts to grow and develop its telecommunications industry. 'This move will put us in a strong position to support our customers in meeting the growing demand for communication services in this country," said President and Country Manager.
